Situated on a large landscaped block of land this property is an ideal holiday destination. It is very close to Boomer Beach and is only a short walk into the central area of Pt Elliot. It has an open plan living/dining room area which is large and spacious. The kitchen is the first door you come to through the hallway and then this follows on to the bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate shower and bath and then the laundry. The yard is not fenced completely but is quite large. The rear yard is small.
